I designed a cover for Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro headphones.

The medium preset resolution is not enough for the fine details.
Maybe with ultra settings, but i'm afraid this is the high resolution resin printer territory.
Anyway, it is good enough for measurements and it was a fun project for me. :-)

If print time is not critical to you could try printing with it upright on edge or perhaps at 45deg with some minor support. That should give you a better surface finish as the sides tend to look better then the top infill.

Matthew thanks! I thought the same.
With the rotated print position, it gave me a much better result.

Little more play with angle and higher resolution settings would be able to even better results.

Nice it looks great! You could also reduce the speed a little to reduce that ridge on the sharp corners.
